Lonn is a hybrid and resilient place where eco-tourism and food production complement each other to create a viable refuge that respects its territory.
One place, several complementary functions: to welcome, produce, restore and care for the living world.
Eco-tourism

Local roots
A human-scale micro-farm that respects soil and biodiversity to nourish both the place and its territory.
Reconnect and recover
Spaces and uses designed to help slow down, rest and rediscover a simpler relationship to the body, time and calm.
Attentive to the living world
This dimension connects all the others and guides the project's choices, from daily uses to long-term directions.
Priority is given to developing accommodation and our own autonomy. This is the stage of installation and activation of the economic model.
Launch of commercially oriented production. This stage comes once enough experience has been gained to ensure controlled and sustainable growth.
We chose to settle in a preserved environment, a rarity today, and make it the beating heart of the project. Here, nature is not a backdrop: it sets the rhythm through the seasons and the cycles of life. We protect a landscape where biodiversity can quietly reclaim its place. This is our way of returning to a direct harmony with the elements, in a search for sobriety.
We designed this place as both a protected area for biodiversity and a cocoon for our guests. For you, that means a healthy dwelling, free from questionable materials, where thermal comfort and acoustic calm make real retreat possible. It is a reassuring space, made of intimacy and warmth, where you can finally slow down and settle. A refuge to step away, for as long as needed, from the noise of the world.
Recharging at Lonn means finding balance again through direct and privileged access to nature. Far from abstract concepts, we rely on concrete pillars: air quality, living food from our market garden, and naturopathy expertise. It is a space for physical breathing room that helps restore energy and regain inner clarity. Here, you do not disconnect from the world, you reconnect to it through the body and the senses.
We wanted Lonn to stand as an example of resilience and freedom. That means mastering our energy and pursuing gradual food autonomy. For us, independence is not isolation but security: being solid and self-reliant helps us welcome others better and offer support when needed. It is our contribution to building, at our own scale, a calmer and more resilient future.
Intuitive - Empathetic - Idealistic - Calm
After twenty years in the wellbeing world, including creating and leading a reference centre in Tours, Aurelie became the soul of the refuge. Trained in naturopathy and an experienced entrepreneur, she watches over the harmony of the place and the renewal of those who stop there. She ensures every detail of the welcome is designed like a parenthesis of serenity.
Analytical - Independent - Demanding - Determined
Web developer, head of engineering office and later managing director, Nicolas has held roles where rigour and organisation are central. Today he puts that expertise at the service of the project's resilience. He oversees the technical design of infrastructure and energy systems to guarantee a simple, robust and sustainable operation.
Lonn is the meeting point of our skills. Together we design the overall layout of the estate, combining our perspectives to create coherent spaces. While we master our respective professions, we approach the path toward food autonomy with great humility. It is a field where we still have everything to learn, yet we bring unwavering motivation. This balance between what we already know and what we are learning gives the project its strength and sincerity.
Created in 2011 in Tours, first as a small institute where Aurelie worked alone, it quickly grew to employ up to 10 team members.
Two commercial premises were completely redesigned from floor to ceiling, following Nicolas's plans down to the millimetre. The second site stood out for its remarkable energy performance thanks to reinforced natural insulation.
By 2023, the institute had more than 5,000 clients and had sold over 20,000 online gift vouchers through its website, built and maintained by Nicolas.
In 2024, Aurelie and Nicolas began renovating a studio in Aix-les-Bains. It is a 1970s property that had never been restored before. Everything had to be redone: insulation, electricity and heating. Due to lack of time, part of the structural work was handled by a contractor.
Once renovated, the studio was offered as short-term accommodation, mainly for spa visitors in Aix-les-Bains. The 23 guests who stayed there in six months all gave it the maximum rating. Aurelie personally handled arrivals, departures and maintained an exceptional level of cleanliness.
Exceptional reviews, constant guest satisfaction and very positive feedback on the quality of both the welcome and the place itself. Several people are already hoping to book their next holiday in our future project.
Lonn continues this know-how within a project that is even more committed to ecological principles.
